Is there a cost to join Café Uno?

Can I use my membership at multiple coffee shops?

Yes! Your Café Uno membership is valid at all participating coffee shops in our network. Check the app or website to discover where you can redeem your benefits.

How do I get the €1 off coffee and 10% off food?

Simply show your Café Uno membership QR code at the counter before paying for your order. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

How do I change my notification preferences?

To manage your notification preferences, log into your Café Uno account on the app or website. Go to Settings > Notifications and toggle the updates you wish to receive.

What if I forget to use my membership on a visit?

Unfortunately, we can’t apply discounts retroactively. However, you’ll still earn points toward future rewards as long as you scan your QR code during your next visit.
